Founded by the one & only Scott Swygert, Scott fell in love with craft beer while living in Colorado. 

In 2009, he moved to Nashville and in 2012 founded Honky Tonk Brewing Co. serving as brewmaster.

We are known for our focus on sours and IPA.

Our Cherry Berliner Weisse, our flagship, sources its cherries right from a northern Michigan orchard, where they process their own fruit.
